Project in Brief

• Foundation work: We are currently laying the foundations for various buildings.
• Structural work: For most buildings, structural work is ongoing.
• Structure completed: Several buildings now have a completed structure.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS BY BUILDING

THE FOUNDATION WORK

We began the construction of new buildings a month ago and these buildings are currently in the foundation stage. Starting with soil excavation, we worked on achieving the right ground level, then, once we reached the desired level, we packed in sand and worked on the concrete for the building foundations.

STRUCTURAL WORK

The 2^nd floor slab for the building below is complete. We continued with the 3^rd floor support column.

(Above) The shuttle board was installed to support the 2^nd floor slab.

The MEP sleeve was installed before pouring the concrete for the 2^nd floor slab.

(Above) The concrete slab floor has dried, so we install the column to support the floor on the next level.

Staircase in Progress

Work on the staircase for this pair of buildings is in progress and set to be completed soon.

Building Requiring Rock Clearance

Progress for the building below was delayed due to the need to first deal with the hard rock found in the area. After clearing the rock out, we have made good progress. We are currently at the halfway stage with the 2^nd floor slab complete. Next, we continued with the column work on the 2^nd floor to support the 3^rd floor slab.

Additional Progress

The 2^nd floor slab for the building below is now complete. We are continuing with work on the columns to support the 3^rd floor slab.

Construction Nearing Completion

The structure below is almost finished with the 4^th floor slab complete. This building is in the process of finishing the roof floor. This schedule for the completion of this building is just weeks away.

Additional Structures Nearing Completion

The schedule for the completion of this building’s structure is just weeks away. Currently, we are working on the roof floor of the building.

With the main structure complete, work continues with the staircase.

Additional Floor Installation

With 1^st floor slab columns completed and ready to support the 2^nd floor, installation of the next floor continues.

For the building below, the 1^st floor slab is complete. Our workers continue with the installation of reinforced steel for the new columns.

With the bracing beams complete, work continues in the 1^st floor slab.

PLASTERING AND PAINTING WORK

We continued with the plastering and painting work of the buildings for which the walls are complete.

Completed Building

100% of the structure of this building is complete. During this month, we worked on the columns for the 2^nd floor slab, then the roof floor will be ready for the concrete to be poured.
