FOUNDATION WORK
The foundation work for some buildings has been progressing this month. Further details are shown below.

The Formwork is Installed, and the Reinforced Steel Bars are Installed Inside the Formwork
- Concrete is Poured into the Formwork to Make the Footings for the Buildings
- STRUCTURAL WORK
The footings for some buildings, for which the foundation work was started last month, is now complete and structural work is now in progress. We started with the column work and the bracing beams, which make up the structure that will support the whole building.

Once the Column Work is Complete, the Formwork for the Bracing Beams is Installed
- The Formwork is Complete and Ready for the Concrete Pouring
The Concrete is Poured into the Formwork for the Bracing Beams
OTHER STRUCTURAL WORK
Additional structural work is ongoing. For most of these buildings, the column work and floor structures are currently being worked on.

Workers Install Reinforced Steel Bars for the Floor Work, and then, the MEP Work is Installed Before the Concrete is Poured

GLASS PANEL INSTALLATION
We began installing glass panels for the guest rooms last month. This month, the work continued until the glass panels for both buildings were complete.

A NEW TOWER CRANE
An additional tower crane was required for the project since the 3 cranes that we have are insufficient for the efficient transfer of material.
The New Tower Crane is Delivered to the Site Ready for Installation
The Crane is Set in Place Onsite
PAINTWORK
The painting of the guest rooms is now completed, and we are continuing to paint other interior areas, such as the hallways, staircases, and ceilings.
