Project in Brief:
Active Construction:
- Foundation work in progress for several buildings.
- Structural work in progress for various buildings.
- Structure completed for most buildings.
- Wall panels are completed for various buildings.

FOUNDATION WORK
This month we focused on the foundation for few buildings in the upper zone, which is the tricky part compared to the rest of the project. In this area, several rocks need to be removed before we can safely start the foundation. After the rocks that are in the way have been demolished, we start our foundation work by attaching them to existing rocks that were left in the area. This is the longest part of the project; we have to demolish all the obstructing rocks for the next couple of months until we get the perfect level to start with our building foundation.

The workers installed the formwork next to the rock.

WALL WORK
Over the last few months, our team completed most of the structural work for Grand Himalai. At the moment we are in the Wall building/installation phase, where we have been using the Q-con wall panel to help save time and money, and we plan to hire more manpower next month to assist with this phase.

STRUCTURAL WORK
There is very little structural work left because we are mostly finished with that phase. However, in the following months, we will continue to complete the buildings by installing bracing beams and floor slabs.

PREPARATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION AREA FOR NEW BUILDINGS
The front of the project has been turned into a workstation for material preparation.
