FOUNDATION WORK
The structural work is now complete for the vast majority of the project. This month, we continued working on the structure of a few buildings that require ongoing structural work. Most of the work that we have carried out during this month has involved preparing material, clearing the construction area, and surveying the area for new buildings.

There are a few buildings in the middle zone and one in the upper zone that are currently undergoing foundation work (the buildings shown in red on the diagram above). We are working on the footing work for these buildings, and the micro piling for the foundation of one building in the upper zone is now complete.

STRUCTURAL WORK

NEW TOWER CRANE
An additional tower crane was brought onto the site at the end of December to optimize construction.

PREPARATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION AREA FOR NEW BUILDINGS
Certain areas, mostly located on roadways or access points, are being prepared for construction. This month, we are in the process of surveying these areas, with construction for the footings set to begin in due course.
